When Exectutive Producer Ken Corday told DigestDAYS canvas now stands at 12, and includes Camilia Banus (Gabi), Jason Cook (Shawn), James Lastovic (Joey), Martha Madison (Belle), A Martinez (Eduardo), Stephen Nichols (Steve), Thaao Phenglis (Andre), Peter Reckell (Bo), Sal Stowers (Lani) and Alison Sweeney (Sami).

As far as exits, Melissa Archer (Serena), Freddie Smith (Sonny), and Paul Telfer (Xander) will be off the canvas by Steptember 1. When unofficial reports of Daniel Cosgrove’s (Aiden) ouster hit hte Internet last month, other stars including True O’Brien (Paige) and James Read (Clyde), were also rounoured to be out. Other online tipsters indicated Shawn Christian (Daniel) may be leaving, as well. (And insiders reveal that there will be more shocking departures before year’s end.)

Small adjustments have been made to shows airing before Higley and Griffith’s material officially debuts in lat August. “Scenes that were shot almost six onths ago were reshot in the last couple of weeks to make the transition to the new stories smoother,” says a setside source.

Ultimately, Corday feels any changes are for the best. “I’ve never been more proud to be part of somthing that is so damn good,” he says.
