Ava and Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) discuss their deal, while Sarah (Linsey Michelle Godfrey) spies for Xander (Paul Telford).

Ava puts pressure on Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) to begin laundering Vitali money through Titan.

After abandoning her chance to talk to Steve (Stephen Nichols), Ava goes to see an old friend in prison. Later she happens on Tripp (Lucas Adams) in the park, but doesn't get to talk to him.

Ava's elaborate delusions concerning Patch and the aircraft disaster keep baffling Hope (Kristian Alfonso), but 'Kayla' gets trough to her about the crash tragedy enough to make her visit old Shawn's (Frank Parker) grave, where she finds a gloomy Max (Darin Brooks) sharing a beer with his dearly missed stepfather. Ava persists in her delusion she'll win Patch/Steve (Stephen Nichols) back, which Hope (Kristian Alfonso) challenges while trying to sound sympathetic.

Ava rants and talks incoherently with Hope (Kristian Alfonso), who gets to call Steve (Stephen Nichols) 'at home' as Kayla.

Ava surprises Hope (Kristian Alfonso) by claiming she's just a guest, Steve (Stephen Nichols) should soon come compare them and chose her instead of "Kayla" (Mary Beth Evans).

Ava succeeds in capturing Hope (Kristian Alfonso), whom Angelo (Angelo Tiffe) helps imprison in her fortified room, still confusing her with Kayla (Mary Beth Evans).

Ava's cousin Angelo (Angelo Tiffe) finally comes to her rescue when he allows her out of her "box". At the hospital she spies Steve (Stephen Nichols) embracing Hope (Kristian Alfonso) mistaking her for his wife.

Ava has a visit from her psychiatrist Dr. Neusbaum (Keith Pillow) as she continues to try to gain her freedom from cousin Eddie's (Jeff Chase) guard.
