Tamara makes her debut on the CBS soap opera "The Young and the Restless" as the mysterious, Sienna Bacall

Tamara returns to "Days of our LIves" as Ava Vitali who has been confined to Bayview since the aftermath of her confrontation with Ej (Daniel Feuerriegel) and the death of Susan (Stacy Haiduk). While taking some time in the common room she meets someone named Harris Michaels (Steve Burton).

Ava breaks it to Rafe (Galen Gering) that she is now broke since "going legit". Later Nicole (Arianne Zuker) drops by to ask Ava a pointed question.

Tripp (Lucas Adams) comes to see Ava at Rafe's (Galen Gehring). While talking Gabi (Camila Banus) accuses Ava of being a Mob Princess. Ava later tells Tripp she's given it all up for him.

Tripp (Lucas Adams) brings Allie (Lindsay Arnold) around to visit Ava so she can get to know her grandson, Henry.

Ava awaits word of Charlie (Mike Manning) when she is comforted by Tripp (Lucas Adams).

Ava opens up to Rafe (Galen Gehring) about Charlie (Mike Manning) and his father when Rafe is called away to Charlie's apartment.

Rafe (Galen Gerhing) and Nicole (Arianne Zuker) bring Ava back to Rafe's from the hospital in order to protect her from Charlie (Mike Manning).

Ava continues recovering in Salem Hospital when Tripp (Lucas Adams) vists her. With her discarge imminent and Charlie (Mike Manning) still a threat, Nicole (Arianna Zuker) suggests Rafe (Galen Gerhing) take her home with him to protect her.

Ava receives a hospital visit from Charlie (Mike Manning) who is attempting to discredit her veracity. When he tries to strangle her Nicole (Arianna Zuker) and Rafe (Galen Gehring) arrive.
