Q. What’s the deal with Tamara Braun (ex-Carly, soon-to-be-ex-Taylor, DAYS OF OUR LIVES)?

A. GH’s executive producer, Jill Farren Phelps, tells Soaps In Depth, “Truth be told, I don’t know where the most recent rumor came from. It is absolutely true that we did approach her quite a while ago. [Former headwriter Robert Guza Jr.] and I did.” According to Phelps, though the Emmy winner entered into talks with her former daytime home, a deal was never worked out. “But it was a loving, wonderful conversation that we had together,” the exec reveals. “I think that she is absolutely divine. She’s a wonderful actress. And there are no plans for her come back right now whatsoever.”
